            June 2009        The Players Club Casino, Turks and Caicos Islands

I managed the operation of the entire casino, inclusive of all departments including Table Games, Slots, Surveillance, Security, Cage and Coin, Count and Food & Beverage.  I managed financial operations and was in charge of yearly budgets, daily accounting, cost control and I oversaw audit preparations for the SEC as we were a publicly traded company in the United States.  One of my primary goals was to increase profitability, value and performance in the casino with the end goal of increasing share price.  I worked heavily on Marketing to help come up with original and innovative promotional campaigns.  Training was an important part of our startup and emphasis was put on customer service, game security and responsible gambling awareness.  There was also a focus on training local staff members to succeed in taking over senior staff positions to effectively and successfully run the casino.

 

Feb. 2006 –                 Casino Shift Manager.

Managing the operation of the gaming floor, in particular the Table Games Department.  My responsibilities included floor management, resolving conflicts, game analysis, gaming reports, communicating information to staff and patrons, floor configuration, scheduling, high end gaming and player development.

                                    Working in the Finance Department, I completed monthly Gaming and Compliance Reports and Financial Audits. 

                                    I performed game and cost analysis on promotions for the Marketing Department as well as daily floor analysis and operations    

                                    reports in Table Games.  Slot machine analysis and Competition Summaries were completed on a monthly basis to help the       

                                    company maintain a competitive edge.  I worked closely with many computer programs to streamline reports and make for a more

                                    efficient operation of our department.
