I managed the operation of the entire casino, inclusive of all departments including Table Games, Slots, Surveillance, Security, Cage and Coin, Count and Food & Beverage. I managed financial operations and was in charge of yearly budgets, daily accounting, cost control and I oversaw audit preparations for the SEC as we were a publicly traded company in the United States. One of my primary goals was to increase profitability, value and performance in the casino with the end goal of increasing share price. I worked heavily on Marketing to help come up with original and innovative promotional campaigns. Training was an important part of our startup and emphasis was put on customer service, game security and responsible gambling awareness. There was also a focus on training local staff members to succeed in taking over senior staff positions to effectively and successfully run the casino.

company maintain a competitive edge. I worked closely with many computer programs to streamline reports and make for a more
