It is pouring rain today, so I unfortunately had to spend it indoors.  Here is a sample below of the crazy Caribbean rain.

I did get a chance to watch Spiderman 3 and Shooter last night.  I was a little disappointed in Spider-Man, there was not enough action and too much story.  It was also a little corny at times.  I enjoyed Shooter even though it was somewhat predictable at times.

Yesterday was the last day on the island for Chris and Nick, a couple of golf pros at my home course on the island here.  I thought I'd post a couple of pics of their memorable Karaoke performance.

What a crazy busy day today was.  Started off early with a round of golf at the Royal St. Kitts Golf Club.  I had a terrible round, so I won't dwell on that for long.  Next up was a marathon three and a half hour doubles match in tennis at the tennis courts on the Marriott Resort.  Myself and Sue outlasted Cliff and Giulio in five sets.  It was a great game, and very tiring.

After a quick dip in the pool and then a shower, it was off to the Royal Beach Casino to watch the De La Hoya vs. Mayweather fight in the Sports Book Lounge.  The casino, and especially the sports book, was absolutely packed.  Guess the "Golden Boy" can still bring in the crowds.

After the fight, it was time to go to Club NV for the "Back to School" Party.  There wasn't much going on there, so we didn't stay long.  We headed to the Beach Bars afterward to finish off the night.  Here is a quick picture of the entrance to Club NV.  As you can see, it is not exactly your high class nightclub.  The building looks like it is several centuries old...

It is Wednesday Night, and that can mean only one thing, Sugars.  We headed there early, about 10pm for some pool.  There was the usual large crowd of Veterinarian students from Ross University present.  We also had a few drinks with Chris and Nick, a couple of the golf pros at my course who are heading back to Ferris State University since their work contract is finished at the Royal St. Kitts Golf Club.
